Platform Rules & Player Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tr99. By accessing or using the tr99 platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, and account services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision set out below.
The following six principles summarise the most important aspects of your relationship with tr99. Full details for each principle are provided in the legal sections below.
tr99 is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 18 may register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any real-money game on the platform under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your tr99 Login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted under your account — regardless of who performed it — is your legal responsibility until you formally notify tr99 of unauthorised access.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the tr99 website at tr99.im, creating a player account, logging in via tr99 Login, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, or arcade titles — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside tr99's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, these Terms shall take precedence unless the game rule explicitly states otherwise.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the tr99 platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tr99 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Under no circumstances may any person under 18 use the platform, access real-money games, or place wagers of any kind.
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.

tr99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, and during any account review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tr99 may result in account suspension pending verification.
Account Registration & Security
To access real-money games, place sports bets, and make deposits or withdrawals on tr99, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the tr99 platform. If tr99 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus winnings will be voided. Duplicate accounts created in bad faith for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will be treated as fraud under Section 7 of these Terms.
Your tr99 Login credentials — your username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. tr99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You are responsible for all activity conducted on your account regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tr99 immediately at .
tr99 stores all account data securely using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal data is handled in accordance with the tr99 Privacy Policy. Account information is never sold to third parties and is used solely for the purposes of operating your gaming account and complying with applicable regulatory obligations.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Any funds identified as originating from fraudulent, reversed, or disputed transactions will be frozen and may be forfeited pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 across eligible games before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Only one bonus may be active on your account at any one time. Bonuses cannot be stacked or combined unless explicitly permitted.

Game Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on the tr99 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games such as Aviator by Spribe, fishing games, and virtual sports — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, real-time physical dealing by professional human dealers. Neither tr99 nor its game providers can manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
Sports betting markets on tr99 are priced and settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant sporting event as reported by the governing body or authoritative data provider. For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and other formats — the result declared by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC) is final and conclusive. tr99 reserves the right to void markets or suspend betting in the event of match-fixing allegations, abandoned fixtures, or force majeure events.
Players accept that:
- Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealing mechanisms independent of tr99's operational decisions.
- Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
- In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or data feed failure — tr99's internal logs are the definitive record of the game state at the time of the fault. tr99 will endeavour to resolve disputed rounds fairly and in a timely manner.
- Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot or RNG game are available within the game's information panel. These percentages are statistical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
tr99 game content is provided under licence agreements with Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other globally recognised studios. The rules of each game are the rules of the originating software provider. In the event of ambiguity, the provider's official game rules take precedence.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tr99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the behaviours listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending winnings, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:
- Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a tr99 account, or initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds.
- Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies; providing false information to qualify for restricted promotions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share game information in real time during live dealer sessions, poker games, or any competitive format with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.
- Chip-dumping: Deliberately losing chips, credits, or game funds to another account controlled by the same individual or an associate, for the purpose of consolidating balances or laundering funds.
- Money laundering: Using tr99 deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to disguise the origin or ownership of funds. tr99 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
- Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a technical error, game malfunction, or pricing mistake on the platform. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors are void.
- Threats and abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing tr99 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
tr99 employs a combination of automated fraud-detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts flagged by these systems will be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. tr99's decision regarding the outcome of a fraud investigation is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in the full platform documentation.
Account Suspension & Closure
tr99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested identity verification documents, receipt of a valid legal order, or the player's own request.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the tr99 support team at with a written closure request. Before the account is closed, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Players may also request a self-exclusion — a formal responsible gaming measure that restricts the player from accessing the tr99 platform for a chosen period. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, tr99 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account or accessing the platform. Where an account is closed by tr99 due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the conclusion of the investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling is confirmed, balances will be forfeited in full. tr99's decision in such cases is final.
Accounts closed by tr99 for compliance reasons are not eligible for reinstatement. Players who were voluntarily self-excluded may request reinstatement only after the agreed exclusion period has elapsed and only after completing a formal re-activation review with the support team.
